Birchwood Lane

This sprawling, contemporary, low profile home picked up multiple regional awards at the Master Builders House of the Year competition. DuCo was commissioned by main contractors GD Pringle Builders to supply and install all exterior windows and doors, including a pivot entry door and AL40 Architectural Suite. An important consideration of this project was its north facing position, and how that impacted people and movement within the space.
