This four-storey mixed model development is the first of its kind in Leamington, made up of 30 apartments with seven retail shops on the ground floor. The main contractor, Construction Advantage, approached us to take care of all the windows and doors on a tight turnaround, meaning we were required to manufacture the joinery based off the plans, with no room for error. This called for meticulous attention to detail on a tight timeline, and we managed to deliver the windows and doors before the openings were ready. The result is much-needed accommodation in the heart of Leamington, Cambridge, and retail offering employment opportunities for locals.
